WCDC will also honor Dean Smith of ICU Investigations . The event takes place on May 2 nd at 6 pm at Valleybrook Country Club in Blackwood, NJ. American Red Cross Red Ball 2012: Eat, Drink, & Be Charitable
Perhaps you’ve never called them in an hour of need, but if you need to, they’ll be there. The Southeastern Pennsylvania Chapter (SEPA) of the American Red Cross services more than 3.5 million residents in Bucks, Montgomery, Philadelphia, Chester and Delaware counties. Being called to duty during the most devastating of times, the Red Cross offers disaster relief and a variety of other community enriching services.
The SEPA is proud to be one of the largest chapters in the entire country and in 2003 became the first chapter to have their own Red House, a temporary housing facility for victims of disaster. An organization that provides necessary services and aid to millions of people every day, requires support from their community. One method of gaining said support is through the American Red Cross’ Annual Red Ball Gala, an evening of celebration, collaboration and charity. (more…)
