Ginger Coyle Live in Mount Holly

Ginger Coyle to perform live tonight in Mount Holly

Without question, Ginger Coyle is an old soul. She is one of Philadelphia’s latest artists to emerge onto the music scene, playfully weaving her conscious lyrics and soulful pop melodies over acoustic guitar and driving piano. When she was fresh out of high school in 2003 Ginger won her first demo deal on the Wayne Brady Show taking first place in a talent search sponsored by Hard Rock. Since then she has opened for acts like Flobots, Cobra Starship, & B.O.B. Her previous band The Thunderkatz (signed to Universal Motown / Murder Inc) toured the midwest with rock band Third Eye Blind. Chances are you might even recognize her face from gracing the cover of international tattoo publication PRICK with her pet rabbit. (more…)

Comedian David Brenner to perform at Camden County College

Funnyman David Brenner is coming to Blackwood for one night only!

David Brenner has had a remarkable career. Beginning with his debut National TV appearance on The Tonight Show, where he went on to make the most appearances of any guest on the show-158, he has continued to be the most frequent talk show guest of any entertainer, as confirmed in “The Book of List 2.” Today, Brenner’s act is based on “very” current events and he is recognized as a political pundit, appearing on news oriented shows including, MSNBC, CNN and The Fox Network. This Saturday night Sarcasm Comedy club graduates our first comedy class. Come see our graduates make their comedy debut along with Keith Anthony and Jimmy “Roundboy” Graham.

Keith has been called one of the funniest comics to come out of Long Island by New York Newsday.  Anyone who meets Keith Anthony will tell you he was born to be a comedian. Before becoming a stand up, Mr. Anthony attended HB studios in NYC. (more…)

Here’s a heart-warming local love story to dream of. This Ocean County local love story belongs to Jeff and Jess Katz.

In 2001, they met during band practice at Brick Memorial High School. He was a junior; she was a sophomore. In the band, Jeff was her “section leader.” In fact, he even taught Jess how to play the tuba. One day, after band practice, he asked Jess out and they started dating. They would have a wonderful time dating each other in high school. In 2003, Jeff graduated from high school and went off to college at the University of Delaware. Jess was still in high school. Although both Jess and Jeff dated other people during their time apart, they remained in contact with each other. (more…)
