Pig Roast at the Vineyard, Friday, May 18th from 6pm-9pm. Unionville Vineyards, Ringoes, NJ. Succulent portly roasted pig with hors d’ oeuvres and a buffet provided by Ol’ West BBQ. Dinner includes an assortment of Unionville’s classic wines. A walk in the vineyard will be guided by acclaimed winemaker, Cameron Stark. He will explain how vine are nurtured and tended throughout the year. Live entertainment will be provided by singer, song writer John Sonntag. SILVER DINER’S MEMORIAL DAY CAR SHOWThe Silver Diner in Cherry Hill is teaming up with the Original Garden State Corvette Club to present the Memorial Day Breakfast Car Show on Monday, May 28 from 8 a.m. to noon, rain or shine.

The Intersection of Art & Wine, Panel Discussion & Wine Tasting, Saturday, April 14th from 3pm-7pm. GAS Gallery and Studio, Maplewood, NJ. Exhibit open from April 3rd-May 5th. This unique exhibit will provide a real opportunity for artists, art lovers, wine lovers and critics alike to experience a view of the contemporary art and wine markets. For the fourth year in a row, Collingswood will make shopping easier for recession-pinched families and gift givers by giving away free money for its Collingswood Cash promotion.
Starting November 21, those that purchase $50 in Collingswood Cash –the Borough’s equivalent to a mall gift card– will receive $70 to spend anywhere in town. Shoppers receive an extra $20 for every $50 purchased up to $400 for a total of $160 free cash to shop in Collingswood. (more…)
